Rock Bathing

The last morning I spent enjoying the sun, and taking a much needed nap. First I rock bathed in Corniglia, and then went swimming in the "dolphin cove" in Manarola. The Mediterranean is so salty which makes floating even better! I even got a few nice scrapes on my leg from underwater rocks.  It was the perfect ending to the trip. I am in love with this region of Italy.

Looking for the best rocks

I love Cinque Terre
Any rock will do for rock bathing

My beach of choice
I love the stripped Italian rocks
A mollusk
School of fish
"Dolphin Cove"
The saltiest water ever!
Just because.... The Mediterranean is the place to swim
