On my last grocery trip in Italy I might have gone a little overboard..... Anyways I didn't want to waste any of my groceries so I told myself if I had extra room (and weight) in my suitcase I would try and take some of it home. I managed to bring this package of risotto home with me. This was one of my favorite things to eat in Italy: cheap and delicious! I added some chicken marinated in a lemon basil sauce for the perfect meal.

Marinade:
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped green onions
2 Tb fresh basil
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Mural of flavor (Pensey Spice)
2 cloves of garlic
