The first hike of the day was from my home terre of Vernazza to Corniglia. On the hiking scale it was considered a "low" trail, but by USA standards I would give it a medium (especially after other trails)

Welcome to Cinque Terre!

Well welcome to Vernazza, the second to last town in Cinque Terre and my home for two nights. It was by far my most favorite of the five towns with a beach, precious main street and amazing views. This was my trip of running shoes, shorts, and tank tops. A very unglamorous, but completely rewarding trip. I now am addicted to hiking and tanning!  I hope y'all enjoy my pictures because the Italian Rivera is absolutely beautiful.

Well Sunday was Katy's 21st birthday in Italy and the three of us spent the whole day celebrating! It was day filled with fun, cake, coffee, and an excellent dinner... And maybe just a little wine :)
