Perugia: Keep Calm and go to Overlooks!

Perugia is the capital city of Umbria (the region a hop skip and a jump from Sansepolcro) and is made up of five (I think?) tiers. The top tiers has the best views over the rest of the city, and even on a rainy day it was still beautiful. From the train station we walked up to the top, and spent most of our time right off of the main corso, or street.
