Bell Tower in the Borgo

Sansepolcro loves its history. Any opportunity for the community to dress up and celebrate its heritage is welcomed with open arms. This year has been especially busy because of the millennium anniversary of the founding of Sansepolcro. I love the costumes and festivities that accompany such events. Anyways, stopping the ramble about my love for Sansepolcro, I climbed the bell tower! It's my second time climbing it, but this time I got to climb to the very top of steeple (I literally walked across a beam on the ceiling; in a dress no less). The view was incredible. I can't even express how much I love this little town!
