Lunedì a pranzo, Monday's lunch. There is a group staying in the palazzo taking a two week cooking class, and for lunch I was able to taste their creations. It was delicious! Today they focused on stuffed pastas. Tomorrow is the cooking students last day, and even after just five days I think I will miss them. They have been such a fun group.

The meal was gorgeous. I also had some lovely sauteed peas, salad, and red wine. Now all I need is a nap.
